Concept of the green plan

The place where these two buildings are to be built is Neumarkt in the South Tyrol. The area is characterized by both mild alpine and Mediterranean climate. With regard to the selection of plants, it is therefore important that both are present. Neumarkt was already an important trading and market place in the Middle Ages where many different people met. Even today, people here still maintain a collegial approach, according to the motto “Who is here, is from here”.

This fact is very appropriate for the project Garden for a condominium. Separate and communal areas join together. Places to linger and meet up determine the concept with the greatest possible emphasis on biodiversity.

The private gardens can of course be individually designed, but it is suggested that in each there is a connecting element, a fruit tree. The respective seasonal fruits could then be exchanged among the inhabitants; 0 kilometers is the order of the hour.
